제목 Excellent Mechanical Stability of Ultra-Flexible Organic Solar Cells with IZTO/Parylene Transparent Elect​rode
초록  Organic solar cells (OSCs) have the advantage of being light, flexible, and capable of being manufactured by a solution process. Also, can have low heterogeneity in human tissues and skin. Due to the flexibility and biocompatibility of OSCs can be used as an application such as a power source of a wearable device. However, the good transmittance and conductivity of transparent electrode was one of the important key points to achieve excellent mechanical stability. 



 In this study, OSCs were fabricated with Parylene substrate for flexible properties. Indium-Zinc-tin oxide (IZTO) thin film was used as a transparent electrode. 1D grating pattern was introduced to the hole transporting layer and photoactive layers. As a result, the device power conversion efficiency (PCE) was increased by 13.6%. In addition, the performance of OSCs maintained 93% of initial value after 1000 cycle compression test.
