OHP (oscillating heat pipe) is a type of heat pipe and two-phase changeconvection heat transfer system that transfers heat between a heat source and aheat sink. The upper part of the OHP consists of anevaporator, and the lower part consists of a condensing part, the temperaturechange of one heat supply device, two evaporating parts of the OHP, onecondensing part, and the cooling water temperature was measured. Heat supplywas tested in consideration of two cases: 5W of heat generated during rapidbattery discharging and 10W for preventing thermal runaway. In this study, fivevariables such as the number of turns, working fluid, filling rate, coolingwater temperature, and condensing section length were investigated and theconditions showing optimal cooling performance according to each variable wereanalyzed. Analysis was comparatively analyzed by case using FFT (Fast FourierTransform) and Linear fit of the Origin standard 2021-B program. |
