제목 Multiple sequence alignment-assisted mutagenesis of marine epoxide hydrolase
초록 The marine fish microsomal epoxide hydrolase (mEH) was mutated to increase the hydrolytic activity toward racemic epoxides by using multiple sequence alignment. The amino acid sequences of Aspergillus niger, Rhodotorula glutinis, zebra fish and human mEH were aligned and analyzed for their difference. Three types of single-point mutants were developed and compared. Chiral (S)-styrene oxide could be readily prepared with high enantiopurity more than 99%ee by using the MSA-assisted mutant.
