제목 Influence of different polymer solutions on electrospun fluorescent nanofibers for temperature sensing
초록 In biological processes, conditions such as temperature, oxygen concentration and pH become variables that have a significant effect on the growth or states of living things, so a fast and accurate measurement of them is essential for good products. In this work, Ruthenium complex(Ru(phen)3), a fluorescent dye sensitive to temperature, was mixed with different types of polymer solutions and electrospun to manufacture a nanofibrous temperature sensor with a wide surface area and high sensitivity. Focusing on showing high sensitivity to temperature, the effect of oxygen and pH was also investigated, which proved the potential for sensing temperature in bioreactor along with stability.
