제목 Transparent Inorganic Hybrid Barrier Films for Highly Durable Organic Solar Cells
초록 Here, we report a high-performance flexible inorganic SiNx/SiOxNy hybrid barrier film for application in organic solar cells (OSCs). The high performance flexible inorganic hybrid barrier film, which shows average transmittance of 85.5 % and WVTR value of 7.1×10-5 g m-2 day-1. In PTB7:PC70BM OSCs encasulated by the SiNx/SiOxNy  hybrid barrier film, PCE reamins above 86 % of the initial value even after 2,000 hours exposed to ambient air, comparable to that obtained from the device encapsulated by the glass lid.
