Advantages of printed rectifier are very attractive and especially for the mass production of passive RFID tags with lower cost although the low functionality and reliability of printed rectifier still showed problematic in practical devices.Steudele and his group reported pentacene based organic rectifier,which showed low rectification efficiency due to contact resistance and low electrical stability although it can rectify up to UHF regions. Furthermore, usually organic rectifiers would not work properly when they are fabricated using printing process.To overcome those printing process in using organic semiconductors, there have been reports on employing nano composite with increasing volume ratio of inorganic material to organic molecules.In this study,the diodes are fabricated based on R2R gravure printing technology using these hybrid inks and are characterized to illuminate the influence of additive on pure organic polymer rectifying behavior at 13.56 MHz and conduction mechanism |
