| 제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of ZnS-CdS co-doped ZnO nanocomposite with photocatalytic activity |
| 초록 | In this study, ZnS-CdS co-doped ZnO nanocomposites were successfully synthesized using the chemical precipitation method. The crystal structural, optical absorption, and morphological properties of as-prepared were characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, photoluminescence and scanning electron microscopy. For efficient photocatalytic activity, good adsorption properties in the visible region is needed. ZnS-CdS co-doped ZnO were evaluated through the degradation of dyes by considering the influence of experimental parameters such as the amount of catalyst used and the initial concentration of dyes. |
