Soluble process Organic Field Effect Transistor based on polymer dielectric |
초록 |
Successful soluble process organic field effect transistor based on polymer dielectric has not been reported due to some critical problems such as its high trap density of the interface between the active layer and polymer dielectric, and self-assembly of the semiconductor materials. In this experiment, we realized polymer dielectric based soluble OFET using anthacene-based X-shaped conjugated molecule as an active layer, and hydroxyl group free photo-curable polymer dielectric onto the ITO glass as the substrate. Moreover to accomplish flexibility with our system, we also tried to fabricate the OFET device onto the flexible substrates using the deposited Al gate. |
