Sn-based halide perovskite photovoltaics are promising and eco-friendly energy harvesting devices. However, low open-circuit voltage (Voc) of Sn-based perovskite solar cells restricts the high power conversion efficiency, which is the result of the mismatched energy levels between Sn-based perovskite layer and charge transporting layers in devices. Here, we report the highest Voc of Sn-based perovskite solar cells by improving mismatches between the energy levels of transporting layers and an absorbing layer. The Adopted fullerene based transporting layer shows relatively high level of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) therefore it is well-matched with the level of conduction band of the Sn-based perovskite layer. Our result shows the possibility to further enhancing the power conversion efficiency of Sn-based solar cell and can help to realize economical and harmless solar cells. |
