Abstract: Drug eluting stent is widely applied for coronary artery failure patients. For biodegradable poly (lactic acid-co-lysine) (PLAL), the side-chain amino groups of the lysine residues could be physically combined with a peptide drug for suppressing endothelial cell proliferation after surgery. In this study, we synthesized two materials: PLAL and PLA. We compared both of two kinds of materials by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (NMR), Infrared Spectrum (IR), Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA). Then we planted mouse fibroblast L929 cell and endothelial cell on coated PLAL and PLA materials on stainless steel and evaluated its viability by the MTT assay. The comparison results of inhibitory cell proliferation will be also evacuated using various peptide drugs. |
