제목 Fabrication and characterization of PU-PCL/PCL-PEG fibrous scaffold formed bi-layered electrospinning technique as potential for artificial blood vessel
초록 In this study, the scaffold was prepared by sequential bi-layer electrospinning on rotating mandrel-type collector. The tubular scaffold are composed of polyurethane(PU)-Polycaprolactone(PCL) fibrous outer-layer and Polycaprolactone (PCL)-polyethylene glycol (PEG) fibrous inner layer.Scaffolds were fabricated successfully for electrosppining technology. The detail microstructure and material properties, tensile and bust strength, contact angle and biocompatibility were investigated and compared with those monolithic of PCL, and PCL-PEG. The other physical propertieswere examined by scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD).In vitro experiment was done by studying of cytotoxicity using MTT assay, and immuneflourescene for cell behaviour.
