제목 | Membrane Dryer for Curing Process of Waterborne Adhesive |
초록 | The development of waterborne adhesive is lately demanded. Curing process of waterborne adhesive is important to get peel strength and hot air dryer has been widely used in curing process. In the system, waterborne adhesive is usually dried at 100℃ for 20 minutes. In this work, we propose membrane dryer for curing process of waterborne adhesive. The system can save energy by lowering the drying temperature and increase the productivity of waterborne adhesive. To establish optimum curing conditions, we measured dehumidification efficiency by controlling membrane dryer, quantity of initial water, drying temperature, surface area of water. As a result, in case of Polysulfone membrane dryer, dehumidification efficiency is increased more than 8 to 28% from hot air dryer. By applying to curing process, we studied to establish optimum curing conditions for increasing the peel strength of waterborne adhesive. |
