제목 Preparation and electrochemical characterization of polymer electrolyte based on electrospun poly(acrylonitrile) nonwoven membranes for lithium polymer batteries
초록 Polymer electrolytes (PEs) are well adapted to various geometries because of their advantages in providing lighter and safer batteries. Among many of the polymers PVdF and its copolymer P(VdF-HFP) have been found to be very promising and electrospinning technique is used as an easy method to prepare polymer membranes. Electrospun membranes of poly(acrylonitrile ) (PAN) was also prepared. The PEs shows high electrolyte uptake (>395%) and ionic conductivity (>2x10-3 S/cm). Prototyped coin cell with PE based on a membrane were evaluated for discharge capacity and cycle property in Li/PE/LiFePO4 cells at room temperature. It is observed that the cell have remarkably good cycle performance with high initial discharge properties.
