제목 | SYNTHESIS AND ELECTROLUMINESENT PROPERTIES OF PENTACENE DERIVATIVES |
초록 | Pentacene moiety in electro-optical device such as solar cell and organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs) have attracted lots of interests because of high carrier mobility and its dopant property. We synthesized new conjugated compounds, 6,13-diphenylpentacene(DPP) and 6,13-dinaphthalen-1-yl-pentacene(DNP) based on pentacene by using Tin chloride(Ⅱ) catalyst. Its electronic and optical properties were measured and characterized. We also report electroluminescent and solar cell properties. {image1} |
