제목 A Study on the Optimization of Pigment and Dye Dispersed Epoxy Resin for Structural Color Composite
초록 The pigment was dispersed in epoxy resin as the reinforcement. The mechanical and thermal property of epoxy increased with pigment. In the case of 3 types of dye dispersed, the disperse dye added matrix exhibited the best than other cases. The 0.5 wt% disperse type dye added epoxy exhibited decreasing mechanical and thermal properties. It affected by that the cure of epoxy was disturbed by the dye. In the case of 0.1 wt% dye added epoxy, the mechanical property was improved. The mechanical and thermal property of FRP were improved as the pigment and dye were applied to epoxy resin. The color gamut was evaluated using computer color matching (CCM), and the pigment added epoxy resin exhibited a higher color gamut than dye added of that. The color of GFRP was changed by applying pigment and dye.
