제목 New fabrication process for robust flexible transparent electrode films by spray coating of PDMS.
초록 The fabrication process of the transparent electrodes for next-generation electronics have been researched for application of display, touch screen and photovoltaic. For high performance transparent electrode, the transparency, conductivity and mechanical property is necessary keys. The substitute like conducting polymer, graphene, carbon nanotube and metal-nanowires have paid attention for replacing ITO. Recently, the fabrication process of the web-structured metal-nanofibers film by the electrospinning and deposition has been researched as suitable replacing ITO. However, there are the limitation of this process that the low mechanical strength and substrate stability.
In here, we have researched the process for enhancing mechanical strength and substrate stability for the metal-nanofibers via polymer coating. This process is very simple and have potential for the next-generation application.
