제목 Changing the Electrostatic force on mesoporous silica nanoparticles for anticancer delivery
초록 Controlled drug delivery system (DDS) based on nanoparticles has received a lot of attention due to their high drug loading capacity and biocompatibility. The mesoporous silica nanoparticle MCM-41 has been researched for the biological applications with extensive specific surface, large pore volume, tunable particle and pore size. As changing a gate keeper material, it can be used for various drug’s host molecule and control each drug’s release. In this work, we have coated MCM-41 particles with cancer cell selective polymer through electrostatic interaction and investigated drug release ability by changing electrostatic interaction in the low pH condition. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) show morphology of mesoporous nanoparticles. We can confirm the structure of polymers by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and FT-IR. Time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy analysis shows drug release profile under pH change in the solution.
