Biomimetically Mineralized Nanohybrids for Cancer Therapy and Imaging |
초록 |
Biomimetic mineralization on diverse organic nanotemplates has broadened the chance of generating new functional nanoparticles for delivery of bioactive agents and molecular imaging. Recently, we have focused on biomimetic mineralization to develop hybrid nanoparticles for intracellular drug delivery and ultrasound imaging applications. Herein, we describe first the smart nanoparticles based on nanotemplate-based calcium phosphate mineralization using drug-loaded polymer micelles or mesoporous silica nanoparticles as nanotemplates. In a second topic, we will focus on the gas-generating calcium carbonate mineralized nanoparticles that can be used as an ultrasound contrast agent. The mineralization of various templates may provide a platform technology for the generation of many high-performance nanoparticle systems for theranostic applications. |
