제목 Effect of acrylic monomer composition on residue-forming properties of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives
초록 Pressure-sensitive adhesives for the protective film of electronic products should not leave residue on surface of substrate due to bring about defect of electronic products. In this study, adhesive residue characteristic of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives was investigated depending on monomer species and hardening agent. Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives were synthesized using 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and acrylic acid as monomers. Various kinds of hardening agents were used to carry out the hardening reaction with epoxy, aziridine, and isocyanate groups depending on monomer ratio. Chemical structure and molecular weight of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives were evaluated with FT-IR and GPC. Adhesion strength of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives was measured with universal testing machine. Residue remained on the substrate was evaluated with optical microscope.
