Preparation and Characterization of LMWSC-PEG-RGD for Targeted Gene Delivery |
초록 |
A targeted polymeric gene delivery system, LMWSC-PEG-RGD, was developed by incorporating the αvβ3 integrin-binding RGD peptide,(A bicyclic RGD peptide, H-Glu[cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe-Lys)]2, was recently reported to possess high affinity for αvβ3 integrin.), into the cationic polymer, LMWSC via a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer. We synthesized LMWSC-PEG-RGD conjugate and the physicochemical properties of the LMWSC-PEG-RGD were investigated by using 1H-NMR, Dynamic light scattering and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). The LMWSC-PEG-RGD was investigated to gene carrier.
