제목 Synthesis of Nanostructured Semiconductors Through Cation-Exchange Reactions and Their Applications
초록 Synthesis and shape control of nanostructured semiconductors have been widely interested due to their optical, electrical, and biological applications. So far, the fabrications have relied on case-by-case approaches. This presentation will discuss the use of cation-exchange from pre-existing nanostructures to easily diversify the nanostructured semiconductors. The derivatives will include superparamagnetic semiconductor colloids, core-shell particles, hollow structures, nanowires, and nanotubes. I will also discuss the photonic band gap properties of 3D opaline lattices by the semiconductor colloids.
