Oxide semiconductors are promising candidates for channel materials in thin-film transistors (TFTs) for application in transparent/flexible/stretchable electronics owing to their high electron mobility, optical transparency, low-cost, and low-temperature processing capability. In this work, we fabricated the flexible oxide-based TFTs with extremely low-temperature treatment and channel engineering for flexible electronics. Also, we suggested the chemical/optical sensing devices using oxide-based TFTs via design for the multifunctional channel structure. |
