제목 Synthesis ofcarbon nano-rod using anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) as template
초록 Nano-rod type carbon is synthesized via the template-directed synthesis mechanism using anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) as templates. The synthesis mechanism involves the impregnation in pores of AAO with sucrose as carbon precursor, its polymerization via hydrothermal process. Finally, AAO template of polymerized particle was removed by NaOH or HF solution, This carbon nanorod is utilized by various method. For example, metal composited carbon nanorod is synthesized. The resulting products were characterized by combined techniques including X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR TEM).
