| 제목 | Acceleration of bone tissue regeneration using naturally derived Dendropanax extract |
| 초록 | Korean Dendropanax is a plant that grows wild in Korea. According to earlier reports, it is known to have various therapeutic effects, such as antioxidant, anticancer, and inhibitory of liver damage. In this study, we examined the effects of Dendropanax extract on bone tissue regeneration. The analysis on the components of the extract were conducted using HPLC. Dendropanax extract was supplemented in culture medium and performed cell assays to inspect stability and effects on cellular responses using osteoblastic MG63 cells. Our results illustrated that the dendropanax extract has positive effects on bone regeneration.
