제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Lipoic acid-grafted LMWSC for drug delivery
초록 We synthesized redox-sensitive LMWSC-g-LA using low molecular weight water-soluble chitosan(LMWSC) and lipoic acid(LA) with coupling agent. For the cancer therapy, doxorubicin was loaded into core of LMWSC-g-LA(LL) by hydrophobic  interaction. In addition, DOX-loaded LL(LLDOX) was crosslinked by reduction of disulfide bond(-s-s-) into core with treated DTT for enhanced stability of particle. The characterization of core-crosslinked micelles were analyzed by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DLS, TEM, and CAC. The drug release behavior was confirmed in various in-vitro environment. Moreover, cytotoxicity and antitumor effect was accomplished by MTT assay. These results suggest that LL can apply as carrier for drug delivery.
