Synthesis and Microstructure of Ru doped TiO2 Nanoparticles by Hydrothermal Process |
초록 |
Ru doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared under high temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous potassium hydroxide. Ru doped TiO2 nanoparticles were obtained in the temperature range of 170~210℃ for 6h. TEM and X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the synthesized particles were crystalline. The average size and size distribution of the synthesized particles ware 20~30nm and narrow, respectively. |
