제목 Fabrication and characterization of foamable nanoparticles
초록 Organic chemical foaming agent monomers, methacryloyl toluenesulfonyl hydrazide (MATSH) were first synthesized from TSH with methacryloyl chloride (MAC), then polymerized by conventional free radical polymerization techniques using azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. In order to prepare foamable nanoparticles containing TSH, its monomer and polymer, were prepared by O/W (oil in water) emulsion method with poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) as an emulsifier, and characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) image, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
