Self-healing Corrosion Protective Coating Using Nanofibers for Controlled Release of Inhibitor |

In general, the technique to prevent corrosion and corrosion protection is to coat a polymer on the carbon plate. We previously have developed a coating technique that effectively releases corrosion inhibitors by adding the Cellulose nanofibers (CNFs) in the polymer coating. This system have shown the high self-healing properties. In this research, we introduce the coating method which was prepared CNFs at different temperatures to effectively release the corrosion inhibitor. |
