제목 Fabrication of bi-layered membrane from Calcium Alginate/Gelatine and electrospun Polycaprolactone/Gelatine loaded b-Tricalcium Phosphate powder for guide bone regeneration application.
초록 The main purpose of this study was to fabricate a bi-layered structure membrane from Calcium Alginate/Gelatine and electrospun Polycaprolactone/Gelatine/β-Tricalcium Phosphate to use as a guide bone regeneration membrane. The membrane was fabricated with an inner porous layer from electrospun matt loaded Tricalcium Phosphate powder and outer dens structure layer from Calcium alginate/Gelatine. The bi-layered membrane was characterized by FT-IR for chemical bond and the functional group, scanning electron microscopy was used to check the differences structure of 2 layers, swelling assay in PBS and wetting contact angle was used to check the liquid absorbance ability of inner porous layer. In-vitro studies of Preosteoblast cells and Fibro Blast cells viability and proliferation were used to confirm for the biocompatible of the fabricated membrane and it’s suitable to use as implantation biomaterials for the bone application. In-vivo studies in rabbit radius bone were used to confirm for the guiding bone regeneration ability of membrane.
