제목 Flavonoids detection by using ethylenediamine-tagged β-Cyclodextrin introduced on Ag embedded silica nanoparticles
초록 Ethylenediamine-tagged β-Cyclodextrin (EN-β-CD) was immobilized in the surface of silver embedded silica nanoparticles(SiO2@Ag@EN-β-CD NPs) as a flavonoids capturing ligand. SiO@Ag provides strong surface enhanced Raman scattering signal. EN-β-CD reacts with flavonoids and form complexes by host-guest inclusions. In this research, SiO2@Ag@EN-β-CD NPs reacted with several flavonoids, including quercetin, hesperetin, naringenin, and luteolin. The results of measuring SERS signal of SiO2@Ag@EN-β-CD NPs-flavonoids complex, luteolin showed the highest signal. Even after several washing steps, it maintained strong signal. From the results, SiO2@Ag@EN-β-CD NPs is a promising nanoprobe for detecting flavonoids.
