제목 The characteristic of Zn2SiO4:Mn phosphor particles synthesized by applied synthetic method
초록 In order to improve the photoluminescence property of phosphor, Zn2SiO4:Mn phosphors have been synthesized by the infiltration synthetic method andtransformational solid-state synthetic method. Photoluminescence and crystalline properties were examined as functions of the sintering temperature, the Mn concentrations and silicone oil treated ZnO. The crystallization and luminescent properties of the phosphor particles were investigated by SEM, XRD, and VUV-photoluminescence spectra. Prepared phosphors were composed of small round - shaped particlesabout 5∼6㎛ in size. In addition, the phosphor composition containing 0.03mol% Mn has displayed the most saturated color.
