Nowadays, natural polymers are being used in drug delivery systems since they are less cytotoxic to human body. Hyaluronic acid, one of natural biodegradable polymers, has many advantages such as high water-solubility, biocompatibility and enhancement on cell activity. Chitosan is also biocompatible natural polymer. In this study, we prepared 3D scaffold adopting the advantages of both polymers.
