제목 Effects of UV-curing Condition and Photoinitiator on Property of Waterborne UV-curable Coatings
초록 Waterborne UV-curable coatings were tested for investigating effects of UV-curing condition and photoinitiator on the property. The temperature conditions of water drying was 80˚C at 2min. UV condition (UV dose) was varied. Irgacure500, Irgacure 819DW and MicureHP-8 were used as a photoinitiator. Synthesized waterborne UV-curable urethane coatings were compared with several coatings supplied from Alberdink Boley and Miwon Commercial Co. by evaluating surface properties such as adhesion value, pendulum hardness, pencil hardness, and gloss.
