제목 Non-conjugated polar polymer as a cathode buffer layer for polymer solar cells
초록 Water soluble non-conjugated polymers such as poly(styrene sulfonate), Poly(vimyl alcohol), polyethylene oxide, poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) have been used for cathode buffer layer for either polymer solar cells or polymer light-emitting diodes. They tune the work function of cathode and improve contact properties at the interface. We introduce new type of non-conjugated polymer to build either inverted polymer solar cell or conventional polymer solar cell. The devices shows pretty high performances quite efficiency, Here, we will report the physical properties of the devices.
