Solution-Processable Field-Effect Transistor using Aryl phenoxazine containing polymers as an Active Layer. |
초록 |
In this presentation, we report the synthesis and OTFT characterization of conjugated polymers phenoxazine and heteroaromatic groups. These polymers, HDP, F8DP, HBTDP, were synthesized through Suzuki and Yamamoto coupling reaction. All polymers were well dissolved in common organic solvents. The weight average molecular weight(Mw) of the polymers were determined by GPC and were found to range from 15,143 to 27,308 with polydispersity indices range from 2.143 to 3.621. UV-visible absorption peaks of the polymers were ranged from 413nm to 427nm. The OTFT devices using the polymers as an active layer were characterized. |
