Thermal Conductivity and Fracture Toughness of Electrolessly Ni-plated Graphene Oxide/Epoxy Composites |

In this study, thermal conductivity and fracture toughness properties of electrolessly Ni-plated graphene oxide (GO)/epoxy composites were investigated. The surface properties of the Ni-plated GO were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS). The structural properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The thermal conductivity of GO/epoxy composites was measured by thermal conductivity measuring system. Fracture toughness of the composites was carried out through the critical stress intensity factor (KIC) measurement using Universal Testing Machine (UTM). |
