All Solution-processable and Fully Stretchable Perovskite-based Photomemory |

Stretchable light-responsive optoelectronics have appeared as the promising front-runners for next-generation wearable healthcare system. We previosuly demonstrated perovskite-based floating-gate photomemory with multilevel memory characteristics exceeded over 3 months and maintained a high On/Off current ratio over 104 (Adv. Mater. 2017, 1702217). Herein, we further utilized the viscoelastic feature of polymer to fabricate all solution-processable and fully stretchable photomemory through integration of stretchable perovskite nanoparticles/nitrile butadiene rubber composite film as the photo-sensing and charge-trapping layer and intrinsically stretchable poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) electrospun nanofibers as the active channel. The fabricated photomemory showed maximum a light switching current ratio of ~102 even under 25 % applied strain. Such devices would be of interest for next generation sensory system. |
