Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have been thought as a promising photovoltaic device due to their excellent power conversion efficiency, mechanical flexibility and low-cost fabricating process. In particular, flexible PSCs have great potential in building integrated photovoltaic system (BIPV) and wearable devices. Therefore, the rational design of interlayers has been a key to attaining the high device performance on polymeric substrates. In this talk, we introduce the development of low-temperature processed interlayers including metal oxides, organic semiconductors and their hybrids. This class of materials provides the mechanical flexibility of PSCs with exhibiting the impressive device performance over 16%. |
