제목 | Synthesis and characterization of mesoporous silica nanoparticles for anti-aging applications using Quercetin |
초록 | Mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNPs) have been actively used in as drug carriers, optical , electronic devices, catalysts, and bioimaging probes. MSNPs have been demonstrating diverse functions including wide surface area, biocompatibility, biodegradability, and drug-incorporating efficiency. Quercetin (Qu) is a type of senolytics that selectively kills senescent cells. These Qu have been proven to be non-toxic and biocompatible and are used to prevent aging. We focus on synthesizing Qu-functionalized MSNPs against aging process via targeted treatment. Morphological and functional group analysis of MSNPs and MSNP@Qu were investigated by employing different techniques. Keywords: Anti-gaing, Quercetin, Drug delivery, Mesoporous silica nanoparticles |
