제목 Adsorption and Release Properties of Proteins on SBA-15 Nanoparticles Functionalized with Aminosilanes
초록 The mesoporous silica materials have played an important role in the fields of catalysis, separation, sensor design, nano-science and drug delivery system during the last decade. Samples of aminosilane-modified SBA-15 were prepared. These aminosilanes were 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N-2(-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and (3-trimethoxysilylpropyl)diethylenetriamine. The synthesized materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and FT-IR. Adsorption isotherm and kinetics of proteins including bovine serum albumin, lysozyme and myoglobin on SBA-15 samples were investigated. The release study also carried out to assess application for drug delivery system.
