Silver particles were deposited on the titanium bipolar plate for URFC. Silver deposition on the titanium plate was carried out in silver nitrate solution using a three-electrode system. Electrical conductivity of metal plate was measured by AC impedance spectroscopy. Deposition of silver was confirmed by SEM and EDX. During the deposition process, the current density of 1, 5, 10, and 50 mA cm-2 was applied to the titanium plate. When the current density of 5 mA cm-2 was applied to the titanium plate, the surface morphology of the titanium plate was homogeneous. And it showed the highest electrical conductivity. |
