제목 Ultrahigh Efficiency from Novel Blue Emitters Using a Rational Molecular Design
초록 Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) have wide varieties of display applications ranging from mobile phones, PDA, and appliances to flat panel displays for laptops, TV, signboard, and etc. As an emissive device, OLED has recently demonstrated highly luminous efficiency (even more than 100 lm/W) in all three primary colors from a wide range of organic materials. In this presentation, the molecular design and synthesis as well as the device performance of three categorized novel organic molecules will be discussed. One of the nondoped OLED devices using these materials shows more than 7% of external quantum efficiency and CIE value of (0.156, 0.088) with high Tg of 150C.
