Synthesis and characterization of poly(fluorene)s containing Phenothiazine(PTZ) derivative as a charge transporting unit |
초록 |
Conjugated polymers have attracted much research interest in science and technology in the past few decades as semiconductors and electro-active materials for diverse applications such as transistors, photovoltaic devices, nonlinear optical devices, and light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The development of new materials displaying proper color with high efficiency and stability is essential for the development of a full color display. Poly(fluorene)s are promising new materials for blue light emitting diodes because of their high photoluminescence (PL) quantum efficiencies, thermal stability and also easy color tuning by introduction of low band gap comonomers. In this study, we synthesized statistical copolymers of fluorene and phenothiazine(PTZ) derivative to tune the emission colors and also to improve device efficiency. |
