Preparation of polymeric scaffold using micro beads of poly(-caprolactone-co-lactide) |
| 초록 |
Biodegradable polymeric substances are widely used as biomaterials for hard and soft tissue substitutes. Among them, poly(-caprolactone-co-lactide) (PLCL) is one of polymeric substances recently introduced for the use as a biomaterial. In this study, we prepared a three-dimensional scaffold using PLCL for bone replacement. The 3D structure and physicochemical properties were analyzed. Cellular responses to the prepared scaffolds including adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation of osteoblast demonstrated the highly biocompatibility of PLCL. |
