Acrylic hard coating materials are used as industrial and electronic equipment coatings. They have many advantages, but there are some disadvantages for thermal stability, mechanical properties, such as impact and flexural strength. In contrast, polyorganosiloxane has many excellent properties, as a result of its surface tension, weather resistance, and high thermal and mechanical stability. Coating materials structure of polyorganosiloxnae copolymer was confirmed by the measurement of H and Si-NMR spectra. The surface characteristics of PET film coated with acrylic resin modified with polyorganosiloxane coating materials were measured by pencil hardness, steel wool, and chemical resistance. |
