Pyrinic N-doped graphene nanoplatelets for supercapacitors |
초록 |
this study reports a chemical method for the preparation of pyridinic nitrogen-doped graphene nanoplatelets(PYN-GNs). The nitrogen contents of PYN-GNs can be controlled over a wide range (1.87 ~9.14 wt%) by simple variation of the molar feed ratio of reactants. structural restoration of graphene according to nitrogen content was confirmed with XRD. To assess the electronic properties of PYN-GNs for use in supercapacitors, cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charging-discharging measurements were performed. |
