제목 Synthesis of thieno[3,4-b]pyrazine and thiophene-based copolymers for photovoltaic applications
초록 A thieno[3,4-b]pyrazine and thiophene derivative-based copolymer, a low band gap polymer, has been successfully synthesized. The polymer was characterized, using various analytical techniques including differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), cyclic voltametry (CV), UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, etc. The energy levels of HOMO and LUMO of the materials were also estimated. Polymeric solar cells were fabricated using the synthesized polymer and PCBM as electron-donor and electron-acceptor materials, respectively. The experimental results of the polymer-based photovoltaic devices will be presented in detail.
