Photocatalytic hydrogen production from H2S by using CuNi0.67Sb0.30Sn0.03O2 delaffosite semiconductor photocatalyst |
초록 |
The hydrogen generation by photocatalytic decomposition of H2S is one of the considerable interest due to environmental hazardness of H2S. This paper deals with a low cost and wide visible light absorbing delaffosite photocatalyst, CuNi0.67Sb0.30Sn0.03O2 for the photocatalytic H2 production from H2S. CuNi0.67Sb0.30Sn0.03O2 was prepared by solid state route by calcination of Cu2O, NiO, Sb2O3 and SnO2 at 500°C for 5h, 800°C for 15h and re-calcined at 975°C for 15h and characterized by XRD and DRS. This report also presents the evaluation of CuNi0.67Sb0.30Sn0.03O2 for visible photocatalytic decomposition of H2S to H2. |
