제목 Nitrogen-enriched Carbon Nanotubes for Supercapacitors
초록 Supercapacitors, one of the most promising energy devices, have attracted significant interest for use in electric vehicles and portable electronic devices because of their large power density and long cycle stability. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are attractive electrode materials for supercapacitors due to their high specific surface area and superior electrical conductivity. The electrochemical performance of CNTs can be improved by pseudocapacitance effects on the surface functional group of CNTs. In this study, nitrogen-enriched carbon nanotubes were prepared by carbonization of polymer-coated CNTs, and their electrochemical performances were investigated in 1M H2SO4 aqueous solution at room temperature by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge methods.
