Hard Coating of PMMA Sheet for Display Applications |
| 초록 |
This study was performed to increase hardness of PMMA sheet which was applied to excellent optical properties. We prepared functional hardening materials(UV-curable, organic-inorganic hybrid) which can be used as coating agents. Inorganic parts involved silica component were synthesised by sol-gel process with silane coupling agents and organic parts consisted oligomer and functional acrylate monomer. The curing is performed by UV radiation. The optimum conditions and formulations were investigated to get the excellent physical and optical properties on the PMMA sheet . The hardness of coated PMMA sheet was increased with using hardening materials, having the similar light transmittance. |
